  • Our events are open to anyone interested in building their networks locally and meeting a friendly group of business professionals from Hammersmith and West London.

    You don't have to live or work in Hammersmith and Fulham to come – if you're doing business in the area with customers or clients, come along and build your local network.

  • If your organisation is already listed on Hammersmith Business, you can enjoy special members' rates on tickets to our networking events.

    We will email you separately with details of how to access these tickets.

  • You can book tickets for all our events via our website.

    We welcome online payments using a debit or credit card.

    If your business prefers to pay by bank transfer, you will see an option to do so when you purchase your ticket(s).

    To ensure we receive your payment ahead of the event, this option will only be displayed up until 5 days before the event starts.

    If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please include your order number as a reference when you make the transfer.

  • Yes, if you won't know your plans until the last minute, you can usually buy tickets on the door (cash or card only).

    However, these tickets will always be more expensive than buying them online in advance.

    If your plans are liable to change, have a look at our refund policy below, which allows you to cancel your tickets up to 2 days before or get a credit voucher to use towards one of our future events.

  • Yes, if you work for a registered charity or social enterprise operating locally and you'd like to attend one of our events, please email us with details and we'll be in touch to let you know how you can access our special charity rates.

  • We understand that plans sometimes change and you may need to cancel your ticket.

    We offer full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days before the event's listed starting time – just click on the 'Manage bookings' link in your confirmation email to arrange this.

    If you'd prefer to switch your booking to attend another Hammersmith Networking event, please send us an email and we can issue a credit voucher to be used against a future booking.

    If you need to cancel your booking less than two days before the event starts, we will arrange a credit voucher that can be used against a future event booking – please email us to arrange this.

  • No, not at all – our events are for anyone living or working in the local area who caters for customers or clients in and around Hammersmith.

    Whether you’re based in Hammersmith itself, Fulham, Shepherd's Bush, Chiswick, Acton, Barnes or even further afield, if you're looking to meet local businesses and build new connections with people in Hammersmith and West London, our events are for you.
